Despite the inevitable changes that life brings, yoga is always a constant. I began practicing as a teenager to control my anxiety, fell in love with the physical benefits of yoga during college, and later merged my appreciation for both the physical and mental benefits. I aim to lead classes and/or private sessions that will leave you feeling confident, strong and revitalized.

I found yoga and meditation to help calm my mind and strengthen my body after various Olympic weightlifting injuries. With my background in more traditional weightlifting and sports, joining a yoga community and a regular practice has helped shape and strengthen my passion to help others deepen their own physical and spiritual yoga journey.

Hi, I’m Dina! I'm a Certified Pilates Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Breath Coach, and Holistic Nutritionist. I aim to combine these modalities into movement classes and lifestyle habits that support you feeling your best. I have a strong passion for holistic wellness and feeling really good. In a world where health and wellness are made to be complex and restrictive, my goal is to share the liberating idea that it can actually be simple and abundant — and hopefully even enjoyable!

Freddy Hernandez

With a strong coaching background, focuses on the importance of strength training to combat sarcopenia, which is the loss of muscle mass that affects many people as they age. Additionally, he promotes neuroscience training to stimulate neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to self-regenerate and create new neural connections, it helps to fight against everyday mental problems.
